LucidStream's Online Transaction Policy:

LucidStream is a paperless company. All of our billing is via e-invoicing. Customers are required to pay a setup fee when ordering monthly video broadcasting, tracking and reporting services or website development and integration. Delivery, unless otherwise stipulated in a customer agreement, is from 1-10 business days. All sales are final. We work with our clients to ensure satisfaction with their projects. We offer 99.999% uptime on our broadcasting network but in the rare instance that the network is down for more than twelve hours due to maintenance, we credit that time to our customers' accounts as a warranty.
